About me

Hi there! I am a licensed counselor with 10 years of experience helping a variety of people with many different concerns including depression, anxiety, past traumas, addictions, and relationship struggles. As a certified Vocational Counselor, I have also helped people determine career paths, tackling tough transition issues and have provided career coaching and mentoring along the way. My counseling style is open and warm, while balancing gentle challenges, to encourage change and productive behavior and choices. I believe that given the space to process insights and core belief patterns, people can choose to change the course of their own lives. I lean into approaches that include rational-emotive counseling, humanistic themes and cognitive behavioral movements. I am flexible to meet my clients where they are at, building goals that are attainable and driven by you. I am already impressed with your efforts to reach out for self exploration.
