About me

Are you tired of struggling emotionally or relationally? Maybe you are sure you want to start therapy or perhaps you are contemplating making that step. Wherever you find yourself, it took courage to begin this search. If you would like to begin talking about whatever concerns you, please feel free to make an appointment with me. I am a psychologist licensed in Ohio with over 10 years of experience working in a private practice setting with adults. I have worked with people who experience depression, anxiety and stress, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, and work issues. I believe therapy can help to alleviate symptoms but can also be very useful in learning more about yourself and understanding the underlying reasons for your unique struggles. To accomplish this, I utilize an integrative approach incorporating cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic interventions with an overarching emphasis on developing a safe and secure therapeutic relationship. Hope to connect with you soon.
