I am so passionate about helping care for people and supporting them in their goals. I have experience in helping clients with maternal/postpartum coping, stress, anxiety, relationship issues/dating support, aging, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am direct, accepting, very flexible, and willing to pivot however will serve you best. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I am so proud of you!! I am licensed in California with over 10 years of professional work experience. I received my bachelors in social work from the University of Nevada with a minor in Cultural Anthropology and received my masters at UCLA and completed my license while working for UCLA Medical Center.
