About Eli
Are you navigating heartbreak, anxiety, or questions about who you are and where you belong? You don’t have to cross this threshold alone. I’m Eli Manata, a multilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering trauma-informed, heart-centered, LGBTQIA+-affirming care to individuals and couples. My work integrates expressive arts, IFS-informed parts work, and sexual health. You are welcome to bring your whole Self into our work-whether you’re navigating relational rupture and repair, religious trauma and spirituality, substance use, sexuality and intimacy, or the layered experiences of identity and gender. With couples, I use a Gottman-informed lens (Levels 1 and 2 trained) to strengthen bids for connection, repair disconnection, plan a separation, or navigate uncoupling with care. I receive sex-therapy supervision from an AASECT-certified supervisor through a multicultural, social-justice, and sex-positive lens that affirms diverse sexualities and relationship structures. I’m a PhD student in Expressive Therapies and offer virtual sessions throughout Florida in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French. On-screen pets are always welcome. This is YOUR life.
