About Eileen

I am licensed in New Jersey with 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbt-related issues, trauma and abuse, & depression. I provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in working with members of the Deaf community and the LGBTQ+ community, with an emphasis on intersectionality and cross-cultural issues. My theoretical approaches include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Child-Centered Play therapy. I am also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). As a first-generation Asian-American born to immigrant parents, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and an advocate for the Deaf community, I believe that an individual’s cultures and communities are key factors in their self-actualization.
