About Eduardo
I offer 30 minute sessions during mornings and lunch to fit therapy into your day, not the other way around. I also support clients through messaging if you prefer to process at your own pace. I’m a licensed clinical social worker who shows up with honesty, warmth, and a practical approach. I work with anxiety, relationship stress, trauma, and life transitions. I’m trained in EMDR and also pull from CBT, DBT, and narrative work to help you move forward in a way that fits who you are. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy or complicated-it just has to be real.
