About Dr.

Tara Harvey is an LPC-MHSP licensed in Tennessee, with 15 years of experience. Educational experience comes from the University of Tennessee, Lindsey Wilson College, and Berea College. Tara’s career has led her to a variety of mental health settings where she has practiced and taught in the therapeutic arena. Tara believes that through therapy, the mind, body, and spirit can be balanced and the difficulties of the past, present, and future can be managed. Using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to, CBT, DBT, Positive Psychology, and Person Centered therapy, Tara will work with you to find the therapeutic approach that best fits your needs and addresses your concerns.
