About Dr.

Hello and welcome! My name is Stephanie Zeid and I am a Licensed Psychologist and Neuropsychologist in the Houston, TX area. I work with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, health conditions, and complex medical problems. I combine different therapeutic approaches based on my patients’ presenting concerns, goals, and motivation, such as, cognitive-behavioral, brief therapy, mindfulness, client-centered, supportive, and solution-focused therapy. The world today can be a scary and uncertain place, and it can be challenging to manage these concerns on your own. It is my aim to provide tools to help you better cope and manage difficult situations across areas of your life.
