About Dr.

I am a Doctor of Clinical Psychology with over 15 years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor and international life coach. I’ve had the honor of supporting people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds through a wide range of emotional, spiritual, and psychological challenges. My clinical experience includes trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, mood disorders, suicidal ideation/attempt, crisis intervention, domestic violence, codependency, and more. I work collaboratively with you to create meaningful, realistic goals and gently track your progress as your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors begin to shift. My approach is holistic and healing. I blend evidence-based methods with mindfulness, depth work, and spiritual grounding-drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, solution-focused work, Jungian principles, and other integrative modalities. In our sessions, you will find warmth, openness, compassion, and complete nonjudgment. I hold a safe, sacred space where your voice is honored and your story is treated with care. By seeking support, you’ve already taken a powerful step toward healing. You deserve to be heard, understood, and supported. I would be honored to walk with you as we nurture growth, clarity, and transformation together. Read more Show less
