I am licensed in New York with 25 years of professional work experience. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgment. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, and cognitive difficulties related to aging, illness / injury, or other causes such as learning disabilities, ADHD, PTSD, and depression.
