I earned a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a program accredited by the APA (American Psychological Association). I have worked in a variety of settings, including group practices and hospitals. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
