I am a licensed psychotherapist in New Jersey with over 19 years of professional work experience. I have a Masters (M.A.) and a Doctorate (Psy.D.) in Counseling Psychology. I also specialize in Wellness for Women and Women of Color. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self- esteem, confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. My therapeutic approach is wellness-based care and a combination of Psychodynamic, CBT, and Client-Centered Therapy.
