About Dr.

I am a licensed Psychologist in the state of Ohio with expertise in learning and behavioral disorders, autism, ADHD, and parenting. I have over 25 years of experience providing psychological services in schools, hospitals, and clinics. I use strength-based and evidence-based approaches to help adults with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) manage their symptoms to achieve their professional and personal goals. I was a psychology professor for many years, and I am committed to translating effective research into therapy practice that improves clients' lives. My therapy style is warm and accepting. My therapy philosophy is evidence-based and practical; no matter how much research evidence supports a particular approach, clients need to feel that it is right for them. I adapt my recommendations to what works for you to feel comfortable and empowered. I enjoy working with adult clients from all backgrounds, ages 18-44. I strive to promote strength and resilience for all my clients. If you want to reduce stress and build your resiliency, I can help. Read more Show less
