I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with individuals on a multitude of issues some of which have included work around the following areas: -Depression -Stress & Anxiety -Substance Abuse -Career Exploration -Grief and Loss -Navigating Family Dynamics -Domestic Violence (offenders and victims) I believe that it takes a lot of courage to reach out and ask for help so my approach to counseling tends to be to very solution-focused and person centered. My role as a therapist would be to work with you on navigating your lived experiences with the aim of working together to identify your desired outcomes and moving towards those goals. I aim to be supportive throughout the process while also challenging you to ask yourself tough questions when needed.
