About Dr.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington, a Licensed Practical Counselor in the state of Texas, a retired U.S. Army Veteran and senior leader, and have over 18 years of nonclinical and clinical experience. I work exclusively with women, focusing on issues such as stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem, and confidence. My specialized area of expertise is in pathological relationships-particularly recovery from narcissistic abuse and emotional manipulation. My approach is highly psychoeducational, helping women understand the psychological and behavioral dynamics of toxic and abusive relationships. Through education, insight, and emotional processing, I guide clients in recognizing cognitive dissonance, breaking trauma bonds, rebuilding self-worth, and developing healthier boundaries. I offer 30-minute sessions by video or phone only. I believe each woman holds the wisdom and strength to heal and redefine her story. Therapy is a courageous step toward restoration, clarity, and empowerment-and I am here to walk that path with you. Read more Show less
