I am Dr. Mosier, a licensed Psychologist in Alabama with 25 years of professional work experience. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression (IPT-D), and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma survivors (CPT). I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress, anxiety, personality disorders, lgbtq+ related issues, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, loss, and abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
