About Dr.

Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you find clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change. I'm Ashley, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor (LMFT-S) with a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy and over 10 years of clinical experience. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and down-to-earth, with a little humor mixed in when appropriate. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, explore difficult emotions, and feel genuinely heard and understood. I draw from attachment-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help you better understand yourself, recognize unhelpful patterns, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges. I don't believe therapy is one-size-fits-all. We'll work together to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. My goal isn't to tell you how to live your life, but to help you feel more equipped and confident in making the changes that matter most to you. Read more Show less
