Everyone experiences losses and transitions in life that can feel overwhelming. Whether it’s related to employment, relationships, or death of a loved one, grief is the natural reaction to a loss. Seeking help takes courage, so I applaud you for taking the first step! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the helping profession for almost 20 years.
