About Donique

Hi, I’m Donique. If you’re here, life may have been feeling heavier than usual. Maybe you’ve been carrying more than you let people see, trying to hold everything together, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way. Whatever the reason may be, I’m really glad you stopped by. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who’s had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and one thing I’ve learned is this: therapy works. My approach is compassionate, honest, and collaborative. I’ll give you space to be heard, but I’ll also challenge you when needed because I believe therapy should help you grow through the things that once held you back. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, burnout, or a major life transition, you don’t have to figure it out alone. My hope is that one day you’ll look back and realize the version of you that walked into therapy isn’t the same person walking out. I’ll see you in session. Read more Show less
