About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in NC. I worked in psychology research for 10 years and have been a therapist for 9 years. I am a National Certified Counselor and will be finishing my PhD in 2025. Most of my research and focus in therapy is centered around women’s issues and the ups and downs that can come with being a female. I am an Integrative Therapist. I use many different theories, but I use them together. CBT with ACT, along with Adlerian, DBT, and Reality Therapy. And those are just a few. Most theories are great but sometimes you have to cherry pick from them depending on who the client is. I am a women only therapist, I do not see men. You can expect an authentic session where progress is made. Together we will set realistic goals and a clear roadmap on how to get there.
