About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina for the last 6 years. I have worked in mental health for over 19 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, trauma, abuse, neglect, family issues, parenting concerns, ADHD, career concerns, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and depression. My therapy style is supportive, respectful, and warm. I believe that every situation is unique and utilize multiple therapeutic approaches to meet each individual need. Sessions will be tailored to the individual needs and desired outcomes to help support you in reaching your goals. Taking the first step to engage in therapy is courageous and inspiring and I look forward to working with you and supporting you through that process.
