Especially when so often we may find ourselves being a strength and help to others and then look around and wonder “whose there for me?” If the answer is “nobody” it can be a hard and lonely place to be. As a licensed faith centered and trauma informed professional, I provide supportive and empathic listening in a safe and non-judgmental environment. My therapy style particularly involves a tailor specific approach, due to each client’s uniqueness and individual needs. My primary approach may entail or combine Client Centered, Cognitive Behavior, and Gestalt therapy; coupled with faith principles. I have over 10 years of experience serving clients of diverse backgrounds, in various settings and with a wide range of issues; including trauma, stagnation, spirituality, life purpose, relationship/workplace, men/womens’ issues, isolation, loneliness and communication problems, to name a few.
