About Deborah

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with 20-years-experience. I have worked with clients in a variety of settings from community mental health, to private practice, to residential substance abuse. My clients have presented with many different concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, panic disorders and addiction to name a few. My firm belief is that despite the life experiences a person may have had, they are never broken. My job is to point them toward that healthy part of themselves and help it to strengthen. My goal is to help people rediscover their innate peace, happiness, and well-being. My counseling style brings together cognitive, holistic, and integrative. I don’t have a cookie-cutter approach to counseling, because every individual is different, and so the counseling approach needs to be flexible to develop the best fit for that person. I see the counseling relationship as a partnership where we work together creating a plan of treatment that will help you work toward goals that are important to you. Counseling can be a big step into a future that is more fulfilling. Let’s make your life the best it can be. I look forward to hearing from you. Read more Show less
