About Deborah

Do you feel anxious and overwhelmed? Are you tired of feeling out of control? You want to enjoy your life but you don't know how. What you are feeling is normal and can be managed. We all need a little help sometimes. I've been working to empower people for over 20 years. I initially began working with people in the health and fitness field and felt led to transition my focus to mental health. I have worked with teens to seniors in a variety of settings to include residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and private practice. I have a non-judgmental holistic approach to therapy that includes mindfulness and evidence based practices such as DBT, CBT, and ACT. Hard times and difficult emotions are a natural part of the human experience. We can work together to help you feel better, back in control, and better able to enjoy your life. Read more Show less
