I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist , practicing in Florida for 9 years. I have experience in treating various conditions , such as depression, anxiety and mood disorders. I have treated a variety of ages groups, ranging from 5 to 80 years old. I pride myself on being a great listener and consider myself a vehicle for my clients to reach his/her optimal mental functioning. My style or approach consists of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Motivational Interviewing and Person Centered Approach.
