About David
Hello. My name is Dave Covey and I've been working in the mental health field for a total of 38 years helping teens and adults overcome moderate to severe mental health issues in a variety of settings. Over my years of helping others master anger, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression and heal from trauma I've learned what tends to work and what doesn't. I tend to promote using EMDR to rapidly reduce anxiety and reactivity related to trauma in addition to using various cognitive behavioral approaches, depending on need.
