About me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York with over six years of experience working as a psychotherapist and credentialed Alcoholism and substance abuse counselor. I have worked with clients who faced many life and situational challenges throughout their lives. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Bipolar disorder substance abuse. I have experiences with parenting problems and relationship issues. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and emotional abuse. As a professional, my goal is to help clients gain self-awareness and use tactics to best manage the challenges of daily life. My therapeutic approaches are cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My style is warm, welcoming, treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I look forward to working with you!
