About me

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has been working with adults and children dealing with mental health issues for the past 20 years. I decided to further my education and have been a licensed therapist for the past 7 years and have enjoyed working with a variety of people in different settings. I feel that forming a connection is the foundation for a successful treatment relationship. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, adhd, anger issues, struggles with self esteem, organization and wellness management. During my practice, I have recognized how people may struggle to recognize their own strengths and are searching for a better understanding of themselves and their environment. I utilize a balance of mind approach that involves a number of techniques to help feel comfortable with ourselves and in working towards wellness goals. I enjoy getting to know people and would really look forward to having a positive therapeutic interaction with you in the future.
