About Dari

Hello! I’m grateful to currently work as a therapist for the past 9 years. I enjoy working with adults and families in various capacities. Some are in the areas of healing from grief related depression, anxiety, boundaries, mood management, marginalized communities, and family conflict. I especially love to help adults journey towards healing past traumas via eye movement desensitization/reprocessing therapy(EMDR), mindfulness based stress reduction(MBSR), and taking an internal family systems or parts work approach. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! Read more Show less
