About me

Hi there! I’m Dani and I am so glad you found me. Are you struggling with the changes you are experiencing during your pregnancy? Have you had a baby and are now struggling with Postpartum Depression and/or Anxiety and/or OCD? Do you have a history or are currently struggling with disordered eating and/or body image issues? I can help. There is hope, you are not alone, and with the right support and therapy, you can start to feel more like yourself. I love what I do, and that is helping women and mothers find their way back to their authentic selves. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to guide treatment. I am really looking forward to getting to know you and helping you get on your way to feeling more like yourself, finding yourself and making peace with yourself.
