As an LPC, I have had the opportunity of working within various areas of study. They include addictions, anxiety, male and female issues, anger management, stress, and self-esteem just to name a few. Be mindful that one can be triggered by memories, good and bad. These triggers can lead to low self-esteem, depression, validation issues, traumatic events, and even stress.
