I have particular skills and knowledge of Eating Disorders, Body Image Problems, Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Trauma, Interpersonal Issues, Life Transitions, and Stress-related problems. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, though mostly with adolescents and adults. My theoretical model to treatment is eclectic, in that I use DBT and CBT techniques, Mindfulness, Solution-focused therapy, Narrative therapy, Shadow Work, and a client-centered approach. My personal qualities include compassion, inclusiveness, no-judgment, empathy, kindness, and authenticity. As your therapist, I promise to provide a safe environment where you can feel free to share your struggles.
