About Daniela

Hello! I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults through challenges related to culture, faith, identity, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, major life transitions, grief, loss, hopelessness, thoughts of suicide, addiction recovery, trauma, the effects of shame and negative self-beliefs. I also focus on assisting couples and families in strengthening relationships, improving communication, building healthier boundaries, and enhancing parenting skills. I’ve had the privilege of gaining experience in school-based mental health, substance use treatment, crisis intervention, and with veterans/active-duty service members. EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution/Emotion Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy are the modalities that most strongly guide my approach. The best thing that has ever happened to me is people. I’m continually inspired by the qualities, goodness, and resilience I see in others. I’m deeply honored to assist others in their journey toward greater growth and well-being. I look forward to be of assistance to you! Read more Show less
