About me

Daniel is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who obtained his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenior-Rhyne University and Bachelor of Science from Gardner-Webb University. He believes an individual and their challenges should be viewed from a holistic perspective. Daniel seeks to help clients gain a broader understanding of their lives. He provides a safe space to better understand yourself, overcome your challenges, and give you the tools to achieve positive mental health both in the present and future. He is committed to fostering the progress within you that reflects your own values and goals. He uses an integrative approach that incorporates person-centered therapy, existential therapy, interventions from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and Adlerian concepts to help you achieve your goals. Daniel also is an EMDR trained therapist who is able to work with you in addressing past trauma. In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his daughter, traveling, and hiking.
