About Dana

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I believe some of the most meaningful work we do in therapy is simply having a place where we can be honest about what’s going on in our lives. I’ve experienced my own share of life changes and transitions, including navigating career changes, new chapters, and the many ways life can turn out differently than we expected. Those experiences have shaped the way I approach therapy. I’m warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely curious about people. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and I won’t tell you how you should feel or what you should do. Instead, I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work with you to find practical ways forward. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, navigating a transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. My goal is for you to feel comfortable being yourself, understood without judgment, and supported as you work toward the life you want. Read more Show less
