About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York with over 20 years of experience working as a clinical social worker, therapist, and school counselor. I have helped clients with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parent/child conflict, career challenges, and adoption issues. I have also worked with clients experiencing difficulties with emotional trauma and PSTD. My counseling style is supportive and engaging. I believe it is important to listen intently to the client to determine the best approach to help identify concerns and achieve goals based on the client’s needs. My method of practice and therapeutic approaches are based on cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, supportive, client-centered and psychodynamic counseling. I am available to work with you to live your best life. This is a journal that you do not need to take alone. I am here to support and empower you.
