I'm an LCSW in Texas with experience in telehealth, outpatient therapy, and intensive outpatient group work. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life changes. I really enjoy building rapport with clients and helping them feel supported while also giving them practical tools they can use in everyday life.
