Trauma, abuse, stress, and bad relationships may have changed the way you live and relate to everyone around you. There can be healing. Counseling is a collaborative relationship where trust is built, and healing is sought. I focus on building a trusting relationship with my clients. I use research proven EMDR to help clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, negative self beliefs, etc. I also utilized CBT, Solution focused, EMDR and relational cultural. I can teach you about how trauma, depression, and/or anxiety affect the brain. I enjoy personalizing treatment by using creative techniques based on clients’ interests. One of the most important things to successful counseling is the relationship between counselor and client. Together, we will explore solutions for the difficult issues and problems you may be facing. I want my clients to be free to express their thoughts, feelings, stories, fears, and traumas without judgement.
