I am a doctoral level psychologist with 20 years of experience as a therapist. I provide therapy for individuals afflicted with presenting problems to include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, substance use, relationship and adjustment related issues. I utilize a number of individualized therapy approaches to include humanistic, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic techniques to relieve distress, strengthen resilience and promote improved welfare and functioning ability.
