Life can be challenging! Taking a step out of one’s comfort zone to ask for help is never easy. I would love to help you asses your current situation. Together, we can then work at making changes that are positive in the present, as well as setting goals and taking action for your future. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Professional School Counselor in Texas, I have supported many individuals on their journey. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and families who are struggling with low self esteem, anxiety, parenting problems, grief and/or depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My style combines cognitive-behavioral therapy and reality therapy, utilizing a strength based, solution focused approach.
