Hello, and welcome! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida with experience helping children, teens, and adults navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and hope. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, grief, trauma, and difficulties managing emotions. I also enjoy helping parents and families strengthen communication and build healthier relationships. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged as we work together. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe that our experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world, and sometimes those experiences leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who we want to be. Together, we'll explore your story, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical tools to help you move forward. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy, always tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.
