About Christopher

I am licensed in Utah with 7 years as a professional counselor and have a total of 12 years as a licensed professional in the mental health field. l have experience in helping clients with severe trauma and abuse experiences, stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, and challenges with self-esteem, and confidence. Prior to sessions with me, my clients had found themselves stuck with no progress. Often in 2-3 sessions with me guiding them, my clients are able to heal and make progress towards long lasting results. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started. Read more Show less
