About Christina

Hello! My name is Christina Miller and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Alabama. I have been working in the field of mental health and wellness for over 20 years. I have experience in individual, couple, family, and group therapy, in-office, by telephone, and online. I have worked with clients presenting with depression, anxiety, life cycle transition issues, communication, parenting, grief/loss, infidelity, anger management, eating disorders, and crisis. I believe in creating a space where we can work together to resolve issues and collaborate on treatment plans and solutions that are tailored to your personal needs and experiences. I would describe my therapeutic approach as empathetic and solution-focused. I empower my clients to become the best versions of themselves. You are the expert on your life, and we will work collaboratively to discover strategies and solutions that work best for you. It takes a lot of courage and motivation to reach out for additional support. I am eager to walk alongside you as you face these challenges. Thank you for entrusting me to do so. I look forward to meeting you soon. Read more Show less
