I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy works best when it feels safe, genuine, and collaborative. I take a warm, down-to-earth approach and focus on really getting to know each person beyond their symptoms or diagnosis. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but I also believe that real change happens through honest conversation, trust, and practical support.
