About Chelsea
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to empowering individuals to cultivate healthier relationships-with themselves and with others. My approach focuses on helping clients reframe unhelpful thoughts, navigate life’s stressors, and strengthen their capacity for self-care, self-esteem, and self-love. Through this work, my goal is to help you view your life with greater clarity, purpose, and vibrancy.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, both from the University of South Florida. My clinical experience spans a wide range of concerns including addiction, attachment, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, body image issues, postpartum and infertility challenges, gender identity, behavioral concerns, parenting, financial stress, weight management, and career transitions. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where meaningful growth and healing can take place.Read moreShow less
