About Charlotte

Hi I am Charlotte Ludwig a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have over 15 years experience in the counseling field and have had the pleasure of working with clients in a variety of treatment settings. I believe people can change and I can offer a compassionate, empathetic, supportive, safe space to address your challenges. I enjoy working with clients to guide them to achieve positive change and obtain their goals. We all need a little help and no shame in asking for help and I would love to help you. I have experience and training working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and opiate and alcohol dependency, I have worked for many years with dual diagnosed clients and have helped clients with low self esteem, domestic violence, homelessness, emotional abuse, impulsivity, interpersonal issues, trauma, grief & loss, anger management, isolation and relapse. My approach will NOT include confrontation or judgment and I believe one of the most important tools in counseling is the client/counselor relationship. My therapeutic approach will include cognitive behavioral therapy- person centered, solution focused and strength based. Read more Show less
