I am married with grown children. I hold a Masters of Arts in Counseling and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor of Hawaii. I have six years of professional work experience in counseling, two years as a military Master Resiliency Trainer, an Army veteran with 20 total years of federal service. I have experience helping clients with stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, self-esteem, military service, veterans’ issues, and PTSD.
