About Chanel

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families feel heard, supported, and empowered. I have over eight years of experience working with diverse populations in inpatient residential, in-home therapy, and outpatient settings. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, and family-related concerns. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I help clients process life experiences while developing practical skills they can use outside of therapy. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based strategies. I also incorporate Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, and coping skills to support emotional regulation, stress management, and resilience. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and work toward lasting emotional well-being. Read more Show less
