My name is Chanay and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I work with individuals, couples and families coping with chronic illnesses and adapting to everyday life situations. I also enjoy working with individuals adjusting to different life events, such as career, school, relationships, legal situations and identity questioning. I am here to support you through those times you need an extra hand and to also celebrate your wins, even if they may seem minute. I have a background in Public Health with Medical, Youth and Elderly Social Work operating in both the public and private sector. I have worked with ages ranging from birth to mature and everything in between. I am passionate about client-centered care focusing on your goals to be successful in your life. I have training in Solution Focused Behavioral Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Visualization. I have encountered various individuals and relational units wanting to overcome and/or manage anxiety, depression, adjustments, mood changes, stress and more. I understand how our mental can sometimes manifest into the physical and I truly believe our health including mental health is our wealth.
