About Catrina

I have been a mental health clinician for over 15 years. I believe in celebrating every win, including that you are wanting to make changes and looking for a therapist. I work with youth and adult clients, focusing on supporting those that need support and understanding as members of subcultures. I specialize in working with geek, LGBTQ, AAPI, chronically ill, neurodivergent, and kink cultures. I want to help my clients find serenity and healthy, effective ways of living. You will set goals and I can work with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and other talk therapies to support you in reaching your goals. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), personality disorders, ADHD and neurodivergence. I believe that treatment depends on celebrating you, your values, goals and community. Together we can create new tools that work for your life. I'm looking forward to it! Read more Show less
